its good, keep practicing. Try drawing big (like 4 heads per page) it will show your mistakes more easily.

Keep drawing OP. You and I have a ways to go still. It's good that you're asking for critique. Your drawings from the head on angle are good but the ones from other angles aren't so good, especially the last one. The perspective is off on the features of the face.

This. You've got some really nice expressions going on, but take one of these heads and draw it from a side view, a 3/4 view. Basically any angle you can think of. See if you can keep the style consistent throughout. I like these heads, and you can probably do some pretty fun things with them.
