Hows my first drawing? What do i need to learnt to improv? I want to do more art! critique welccome!

Its honestly way better than my first drawing. The body proportions are off and the eyes aren't aligned. There are youtubers like Proko,Sinix design and Moderndayjames that can help improve your understanding of anatomy and more. There's also a website called drawabox which can help you polish your basics and more
