how retarded can you be to say this kind of shit? it's not about the pencil, it's about values and how you can put them on paper, which is more important to learn and master than colors

Good luck with that.

Pencil drawings are only for preparatory sketches, not final work, you're gonna starve to death as a professional pencil cannoisseur lmao, unless if you only draw for a hobby well then carry on.

>you're gonna starve to death as a professional pencil cannoisseur
Well first, you're moving the goalposts here if you're the same poster in >>4937063
Second, you're right if it's sketches like >>4936993, nobody will give a damn about these unless you're a mangaka or someone super popular already. But it's just as hard to use any medium as another to get street level popular on social media, a bunch of artists have graphite or ink as part of their "brand" FWIW
Just look at KJG or Terada who work in ink 99% of the time.

Every professional can be a victim of same face/ same pose. Most artists immune to this are amateurs because they haven't mastered a certain face or pose.

Hi OP; I have a folder I've been collecting images to for years with examples of really spectacular rendering as a way to help myself learn. I've uploaded it for anyone interested here:

https://mega.nz/file/iVICCZhA#IGUGL8zZJ6QcPlKhjK8RLnXlkxh4_so1V3vh-Oq1pzo

It's got some pen and charcoal images as well (it started out just for ink, hence the name), but it's mostly pencil stuff. Lots of nude figurative work, in case that bothers you.

Best wishes.
