Step 3: appeal to pop culture. People like what they've already liked before, so just tell the same jokes over and over.
Step 4: self-flagellate. Literally if need be.
Step 5: draw niche porn and/or rule34 art. Have you seen /aco/'s standards? No you haven't because there are none.
Step 6: repeat daily. Your drawings are mediocre so you should have no trouble pumping out at least one a day.
