How much time do you think a beg would need to achieve this level of coom art?

define beg

4-5 years of full-time daily grind. 10 years if you're just a hobbyist.

How many hours do you spend on daily grind? Digital or analog?

The important question right here.

If you can already do loose sketches with passable anatomy, you're already half way to this.

Anyone can learn this style of shading in a matter of months - it's so soft that it's barely there.

The main challenge is the clean lineart. At least, that's where I'd struggle the most.

depends on your level of brain damage, in your case it's seems to be pretty severe.

It's not a matter of time. It was never a matter of time. The people who see it as a matter of time are the people who inevitably get frustrated when they're not at the level they "should" be at in the amount of time they've spent.
If you enjoy drawing you will draw and you will improve at drawing. If you don't then you won't. It's that simple.

You're looking at it the wrong way. There isn't any sort of length of time you "need" to grind, before you can achieve a drawing of that level.
Drawing isn't an MMORPG, just showing up for the grind every day isn't going to guarantee success.
You have to cultivate a mindset of patience, persistence and iteration. The more time you dedicate to each individual artwork, fixing mistakes and refining it, the better the end result is.

My point is, you can achieve that level on your very next piece, as long as you're willing to dedicate the time you need to achieve it on it, even if that means spending months on a single drawing.

The question you should be asking is "Where can I learn the fundamentals i need to achieve this level of cool art?"

2 months full time, drawing is not that hard if you keep doing it with your brain. Composition and originality comes with more (passive) time, experciencing art, going out, talking, visiting museums

keep in mind that your primary light is coming from the magic thingy, moon light is pretty weak and since it's on the back it should be used as backlight on the contour
i just changed the light on the face a little
