It’s not a course this folder is hundreds of courses idiot, you’re not supposed to do it all. Start with Marshall vandruff perspective then Peter Han dynamic sketching. Do all the exercises then report back

I highly recommend starting with Vilppu/Proko Anatomy courses, then move forward to Marshall's perspective courses, lastly you can finally try Draw A Box for mastery.

there is a lot of stuff you should learn before anatomy specifically general draftsmanship which i would say you should go through
1.peter han dynamic sketching
2.marshall vandruff perspective course
3.drawabox 0-2 lessons
after that you should learn figure drawing which could be proko's or vilppu's and then you can learn anatomy.
why this way? because you have to learn to put forms in correct perspective which will be necessary for simplified figure drawing (mannequins) and on top of that you can put correct anatomy.

>> No.4921542

>>4921536
note that drawabox and peter han are very similar but going through those topics that overlap twice will just make you an even better artist

>> No.4921790

>>4921536
I haven't went through al of dynamic sketching or drawabox, but having seen the improvements of anons taking it. I would second that advice. Taking up figure drawing without knowing perspective is only asking to get lost. Almost all the books assume artists already know it.

>> No.4921816

>>4920065
No, start with Vilppu Gesture, then Spherical forms... etc. The anatomy lessons should come later.

I seriously don't get it when anons says this. If you're starting out with Peter Han anyway then you might as well get started on Vilppu too. The Vilppu "spherical form/bean" is analogous to the Han "organic form."

>> No.4921944

>>4921935
If Vilppu goes over how to construct basic forms and simple perspective then that's fine. But many begs go into books like Loomis and get completely lost because he assumes you already have basic perspective knowledge.
