This is just bad I'm sorry, go learn the fundamentals like basic forms/shapes, volume, perspective, just everything. This isn't about being harsh, I don't know how old you are but it looks like a small child drew this and if you are young well it shows and that's fine but if you're older you simply are skipping every single step necessary to make a good drawing even for cartooning. There is nothing wrong with going back to the basics.

I don't like the appeal of the design; the inconsistency in form (mostly the face) just looks off-putting. The tail looks like it's growing out of the left leg, and not from where it's typically expected. There's no depth, no shading, and the character is leaning way too far to the left-- which wouldn't be as much of a problem, but thanks to the lack of depth, it's more unusual than stylistic for a pose choice.
