Cute touches, sure, but it's not a good character design. A good character design needs to actually say something about the character. Think about her personality. Maybe even make up a story or goal for her, even if you have no intentions to flesh her out. Coomer tastes are different for everyone sure, but a good character design is mostly objective. I look at that drawing and get literally nothing from her as a "character." If you just want her to be generic coomer bait? I still say shes incredibly lacking any personality, but she would maaaaybe do the job. Maybe. But odds of her attracting attention or a fanbase would be slim. Just based on what I have now.

Don't mind it too much if she looks different when you draw her for a while. That's normal when you're designing characters and they'll go through several redesigns over time. Even after you think you've nailed her design, you'll probably come along something you'll want to change eventually.
I understand the appeal to a simple design, don't worry.
I'd say any sort of accessory would do wonders. She may still look generic, but it'll be better than she is now. How her posture is and her expressions and reactions to things are all very important to consider. Really, what you should do is at least figure out what sort of personality you want her to have for now. Then work from there.
From her hairstyle right now, she feels like a traditional girl. Perhaps Japanese, or some other Asian ethnicity. Her neutral expression is nice and appeals to many and you could play on that too. I think that dere was kuudere? I could be mixing my dere's up...
So, from that, I would add some sort of traditional Japanese touches to her. Something that reflects her culture or the time period I imagine she could represent. And from that, I could find a role or goal she could desire based on her setting and personality.
There's only so much you can do with a character design that's essentially naked. Tatts/scars/birthmarks, specific accessories, hairstyle combos, makeup... It's not impossible, but for a *good* character design, you'll need to take some time on her.
Figure all this out, and then come back and ask for concrit on her. Because as she is, she's just a generic NPC at best... And honestly, without any clothes, I'm not sure if she would even be an NPC.

You're relying too heavily on the reference without trying to understand it. It's fine to copy a reference so close as study, but it's typically advised you don't post it without at least saying "Here's the reference I tried to imitate." I'm not saying you can't learn by copying, I know plenty of great artists that had their start just copying scenes from anime and manga, but make sure you're trying to understand why they do X or why they do Y. Try to break down your references, even if it's just a little bit. Like line wrapping to try and understand form, as just one example of many.

I did that for the hair (it's called construction when you do it without a reference?). I did this copy for the modified contour line drawing exercise in drawing on the right side and I think the point is not to think about the shapes.

Your goal should always be to think more than the surface level. No matter what you're drawing, unless they're mindless doodles or fast practice. Try to figure out what the skeleton (not real skeleton, unless you want to thats great) of the pose.
If you don't try to understand what you're studying, the studies will be near pointless. Only benefit you could get from there is getting smoother lines and copying because that will be the only thing you'll actually be studying at that point.

I personally like the way this is done, even if it appears to be a pretty quick sketch with some paint thrown on. But I do agree that Alke has supreme lighting, but he mostly draws toddler bodies without a lot of features.

It's pleasing to look at and the absence of features in itself is a style of drawing loli. I prefer this portrayal over the hyper realism of modern day Ponsuke or mammoth. I would probably enjoy Alke much more if his faces weren't so creepy a lot of times, but his fat toddler bodies aren't exactly my thing either.

If you want some concrit, I'd suggest making the face a bit less round? Wide? And the neck feels a hair too wide as well. Besides that, perhaps duplicating your lineart and setting the layer to multiply would be good for posting. Unless you plan to color it, this line work is much too light and it's difficult to see a little. Not impossible of course, but could cause some eye strain.

Grow a following on Baraag and Pixiv (don't forget Japanese censorship laws on Pixiv). They're the two bigger loli accepting social medias. Create an entirely new handle and make sure your art style for lolis is different from your regular work. Biggest things to change is how you draw hands and faces for the most part. Try not to use the same brushes for line work and coloring too.
