You don’t know what you’re talking about. The Morrigan and Felicia posted was done for Vampire Savior in 1996/1997 and drawn traditionally. Kinu Nishimura was the first to use photoshop in 97 for SF3 and it took a while for the other capcom artists to follow suit.

i can. i use copics and watercolor along with digital. they likely drew it in tard, maybe inked it, scanned it, then colored in photoshop. you can see a lot of work like that in the design works.

I'm not him but dude, it doesn't matter what Bengus said, I've seen that Felicia drawing numerous times through the years and it's clearly digitally colored. You don't get perfectly flat tones and no visible paper grain or imperfections using only markers. Just look at the smudged edge on left (her right) deltoid. How can copics get that effect?
