How can you make 33*6=198 hours of video on fucking eyes?

No, it’s part 1 of 33 of lesson 1, you’re looking at about 1200 hours until you can draw eyes

*the left eye
just wait until you get to the right eye, and then drawing them together

did a bit more digging and guess what I found! Apparently when you're finished all of the 33 lessons of 6 hrs of eye anatomy you end up drawing like this master over here.

At first glance it may seem a little weird, but with the trained eye and all lessons you'll be able to see the true mastery and glory and splendor of the drawing (pic related) and ascend into artistic euphoria with picasso :)

This is what happens when you tunnel vision individual features instead of the face as a whole. Right side of her face looks like its melting and the hands are monster big.

Btw the instructor in this video is about 50 yrs old and has been practicing this method since he was 5, so he's been at it for 45 years already.

I would feel bad for him but I'm even worse, plus he doesn't need my pity. though I sense some denial when he says he can notice and correct mistakes fast, especially when you look at the end result.
thanks for bothering to put the timestamp

I guess that's why the videos are so long; he doesn't actually know what it takes to become a good artist, so he trows as much info as possible to his students hoping that something will work.

In traditional college drawing classes, the students draws with large newsprint on easel with charcoal paper as they follow along as the professor draws and lectures. In my class I drew with 16x24 inch newsprint

I don't why why /ic/ doesn't draw with charcoal more. A lot of the techniques you learn from drawing/rendering with charcoal transfers well to painting.
