Too much noise.
Keep your palette simple, the less the better.
Color in clusters, will make the picture far easier on the eyes.
There's only so much detail you can put on the limited pixel space, don't cram it.

Of course nothing is set in stone and rules are subjective but it's a good idea to work from the big picture down to details.

The color schemes you put together aren't terrible but they aren't great either. Try checking out what kinds of color combinations other pixel artists use.

I know pixel artists like to change the hue a lot for shadows. I don't have the best eye for color myself, but it seems to me that you don't seem to change the hue at all, which gives you some very gray shadows. Try sliding around the color wheel a bit as you pick shadow colors, and sample the colors of better pixel artists to get an idea of how much their color choices move around as they get darker.
