2. I don't resent any artist for financial or popular success.
3. I realized years ago that I don't want to have 'art job', because that will just make me hate the thing I love most. I want to make good shit, and possibly get paid for it after the fact through something like Patreon.

Old things like an 8bit game leave a lot to the imagination since the game sprites are simplistic enough for interpretation to happen.
