nope, I just eyeball it. As for how... wish I could explain it but basically you should imagine that there's 4 vp and that the lines for the 2 horizontal and 2 vertical ones are connected, and the lines bend more where the connect.

it is a very intuitive thing once it clicks, I think the best thing you can do is practice...

Literally the image.
For starters, her face is awful. It crooked and doesn't connect to the neck properly. Her hair is weirdly chunky and doesn't look like it's actually attached to her non-existent skull.

Her clothing is wrong, the folds are in the wrong places. Her tits, obviously, are disgusting. They're wrong anatomically in spite of their size and the sheen on them looks weird.

Her upper torso is broken and does not connect correctly with her lower torso. She's standing at like 3 different perspectives.

Very unnatural to walk with such a long gait with an arm behind your back like that. I'd suggest making the gait less dramatic or redrawing the torso to lean into what otherwise appears like a fast and active movement.

I think the best thing you can do is figure drawings from reference. Also practice breaking down the poses from references in as little lines as possible, there's a lot of videos about the principles of gesture...

Make one side simple and curvy, the other more complex and sharp. Its hard to explain, you just have to practice gesture drawings. Look for large curves in everything.

not that I know of, I really like that site... honestly that's a pretty baseless complaint, the weird poses will help you learn to drop the symbol drawing and actually draw what you see. Also it will help you understand proportions.

It's not like you are going to memorize the poses then draw them from imagination, what you actually learn is more abstract and probably won't click on you until you do a lot of them... but you will absolutely have something to show when you want to draw from imagination

Very cute, keep in mind that all parallels should converge with the same angle, I usually won't recomend drawing the vanishing points and protecting from there. But you should for a few months, until you get the hang of it until you become able to do it in your mind.
