you need to know first what gesture means
draw the 'lines of movement' of what you wanna draw
then approximate the shapes
then 'feel' the surface of the forms (IE his cylindrical lines)
then adjust the outline

the second video felt more understandable than the first one to me, even though I had already learned gesture from hampton

on a further video he explains the 'vilppu' process, which is--- uh I forgot. but it wasn't anything too complicated, just measuring n shiez
