I watched a bunch of videos from Marc Brunet and he starts drawing from a detailed nostril, adds the detailed face to the nose, detailed body and a detailed background to the face.

Try doing that, see if you can.

Constructions are the training wheels for the people who can't just eyeball a detailed finished piece in their head.

You posted Murata. If you have seen his streams you should know that he uses construction when he is working with dynamic scenes where he wants to keep consistency throughout the panels. He doesn't use it when he is drawing something simple for him otherwise he would even use references like that time he used photo of his assistant in a shirt and pants standing up from a table as a reference for King.

Go watch his videos from 7 years ago he's using construction. You do not need to use construction, you don't even need to learn construction. However it is an easy to understand way of learning to draw freehand.

If you feel like you don’t need to use construction, then don’t use it and see if that works out for you. Depending on your skill level and how long you’ve been drawing, you might not actually need it. At the end of the day, getting the results you want is what matters. But you gotta be honest with yourself: if you find your proportions are off, or you characters are leaning weird, or the perspective is wrong... in that case then you gotta own up to the fact you’re not mangaka level just yet.
Or like I said, maybe you are idk how good you draw dude. Do whatever the fuck you want to do. But the fact is 99% of beginners benefit from construction.

Construction is only important for traditional art where you have to get it roughly right in the first try.

Digitally you can use silhouettes, sculpt like sinix and liquify. Construction just isn't important in digital since you can actively fix your mistakes until it looks good
