Or should I stick with loomis and brigdman?.
I think that video resources can be more helpful than books, and my objective is to create some thicc drawings to bring some food to the table.
So wich path its the fastest, prokos videos first or the books?.

Proko is a decent resource and don't let anyone tell you otherwise until they post 5 pages of their own anatomy work to prove their skill.

Theres a reason he is well respected in the upper echelons of art communities.

That being said Proko is a technical teacher whose work exists from the study of people far greater in skill and two of them you mentioned OP, so I wouldn't put them down. I would say especially Bridgman but Loomis is hard to skip too imo, you only come out of those two books with better knowledge.

Also you gotta do a lot more than just the loomis books before you jump to bridgman

Yes, but if you're a complete beg, don't try to learn anatomy now, focus on figure drawing, and search some perspective course.

I hear that a lot, but if I study him something has to stick, right??
Also I know that its not about just copying his images, but underestanding them as well.

proko himself has said his anatomy course isn't for complete /beg/s. Anatomy isn't for complete begs.

I still don't understand how Proko could draw a kangaroo like that.
