You should draw her fully I think. The left arm cutting off at the hand is also somewhat comfortable.
Push yourself to draw a full body version, well places in space and you'll see some improvement.

Try to also be a bit more precise with your lines, as the large amount on the face merge together a bit forming somewhat of a value. And due to the transparency of the brush, merges a little bit with the background, flattening the image.
And on that note, it might also help to pick up a simple flat value, either lighter or darker than your background, and use it to fill in the clothes. That would break up the body and make it more visually interesting.
