You just joined cylinder with a sphere. Eye socket is recessed into the skull (while you have eyes painted on top of it), there is also skin and some muscles around, maybe even fat if the character is obese. Penis is also made out of meat and not hardened steel. So if you are pushing one soft object into a hole that barely can it take you will have all sorts of deformations.

here's a very real and important tip. Learn your values, if your values are correct you can slap any color you want on something and it will look ok. Advanced color theory and mood come later. I did a small paintover but this is such a huge subject that i cant really pack everything into one image

There's a simple rule that's easy to remember. "Your darkest lights should never be as dark as your lightest darks". Meaning if you divide the form into Light/Shadow the darkest midtone on the light side should never be darker or as dark as the lightest value that's in the shadow.

I like the look of this a lot, but I didn't even realize the slime was supposed to be glowing until I read your description. I don't know much about lighting but I think the background needs to be darker in order to better convey that glow. Also I think her hair should look a little less muddy in order to contrast better with the slime.

In my opinion, the sharp angle is aggravated by the huge pool of Jizz at the bottom that weight's down the whole picture and view. The lady should be the focus, but the pool of Jizz pulls your eyes away from her. Without a proper background, it looks like the entire thing is a sole object falling mid air.
You could simply enlarge the picture so its more focused on the girl and maybe tilt it a little bit so the angle is not that sharp, or crop part of the jizz pool. If you are going to keep the angle, at least draw some sort of background so it doesn't look like everything is floating mid air.

Giving some more contrast to you lines and colors will probably help. I think this drawing could also work in a pure black and white style, but that's up to you.
