so, i´ve been drawing a lot of cartoony characters and i think thay may mesed up a litle my litle knowledge of anatomy... you think 30 drawings in quickposes 45s each, everyday. helps me to improve??

What would you even be studying in 45 seconds? That might be useful for quickly finding gesture but you aren't going to learn much about anatomy

45s quickposes are just to capture the pose in a dynamic way

Here's a redpill about figure drawing. The reason the old teachers tell you to capture the form in less than a minute is because, back in the day, live models couldn't stand still for too long. But nowadays you have access to thousands of photographies that you can stare at, individually, for hours. So, you really don't need to do shit that quick anymore.
