There's not really anything wrong with it but it's not that great

First of all it's political propganda, that automatically makes it trash no matter the ideology.
The portrait of who I assume is Mao is too distracting from the focal point.
The face of the American soldier looks deranged, not a good thing for a propganda piece
This is compounded by the fact that communist girls are drawn to be beautiful, this makes the viewer want to fuck them, not arrest/kill them

Like the other guy said, the papers look unnatural, they should be thrown about more, it makes it look as if the girl holding them just fell straight downwards instead of being thrown out of the way.
And even though it's obvious, the American soldier really ought to be carrying the american flag, it's too ambigious otherwise

Overall I give it a solid 2/10 nice painting
