How is it a meme? If you only draw heads then heads will become your comfort zone and you'll stop improving. You can't get good at drawing bodies, buildings, landscapes, etc by only drawing heads. Failure to push out of your comfort zone is what stops a lot of people here from improving.
Unless you literally only want to only draw heads, in which case you're fine I guess.
