That's just how it be, anon. Nothing you can do about it, it just happens. Everyone has their up days and their down days. I guess you might be able to reduce it by drawing good enough and with enough experience that muscle memory alone will make a good drawing, but that's purely conjecture and most likely bullshit. Just endure it, I guess. Good Luck.

- Eat healthier foods and exercise to increase stamina.
- Sleep at least 8 hours a day.
- Make a schedule for drawing. Be disciplined and stick to it.

>diet and exercise
Stop eating carbs. It fucks with your insulin and hormones.

Exercises 5 to 6 times a week. Lift heavy(for man)

Are you clinically depressed?
Why am I even asking... You are clinically depressed. It's a neurodegenerative disease, it fucks with your brain, your sleep quality, and your energy. Antidepressants will kill your creativity, so basically you're fucked.

Progress isn't linear, your state of mind will drastically effect your appraisal of your work as well. Keep going.

Unironically just go in to have fun. If you think too hard, you'll just tense up and it will be awful.
All my best drawings were made when I was goofing around.

Because you'r a ngmi talentless fag and there's probably not much you can do about it.

It happens. Its okay to take time off to do other things, beneficial actually. You'll be back.

this is bad practice
you can't go in and "have fun" or "goofing around" if there's a client on the line waiting for results
man up and push through it, OP

You cant stop it
However, you can avoid it. Change styles for a bit. Swap mediums for awhile. Listen to a different kind of music. Let your mind rest from monotony of working whatever project/piece you're working on or even do nothing. Getting bored actually does wonders to get creative juices flowing again.

Then don't do it for money you fucking retard.

Making art your job means making art your JOB. Why the fuck would you want to ruin your hobby by sucking everything enjoyable out of it?

You DO have other marketable skills, right?
