since you posted a pic o ryu id recommend one of the OG Capcom artists Akiman.

20th century fantasy illustrators like Frazetta.

And a ton of american capeshit.
Altho asian artists like Boichi can do a good job of representing that same "heroism" without too much stylezation it loses its effect.
