Today l was doing my push routine and after doing weighted pushups, bench press and ohp (l do them 3x8-12 on thursdays) l got to skull crushers and my last set of skull crushers was pretty bad, worse when l started doing dips my triceps were so tired l could barely do a few (non weighted) before giving out, l eat enough protein everyday but this is pretty confusing, l go hard obviously. My weeks look like PUSH/PULL/REST/PUSH/PULL/REST/REST (ABXABXX) and l understand that l work these muscles twice a week but l want more gains. What do?

Stress can actually impaire muscle growth more than most people think, so try relaxing a lot.
You said you eat enough protein, but what about literally every other nutrition?
Try to eat enough carbs before your workouts.
Maybe try going low rep heavy weight for a few weeks and see how that works out for you.

Thank you anon, l meet my macros and even take preworkout, l do 5x5 on compound lifts on the first 2 push/pull days and then 3x8 on the last 2 days, l think it's also because l'm cutting right now but it kinda sucks, well thank you anyways!
