Good artists (anons who graduated /beg/), what do you do to enter a flow state?

Discuss and compare various methods below.

I make a plan then I look carefully at what I'm doing. As I'm working and focusing on the imagine, I concentrate on the marks I make. If they don't lead me where I want to go I just control z. Trust your intuition.

By drawing. I don't need to take any particular measures. It happens by itself. Every other time I start drawing I end up fucking my sleep pattern because I lose track of time.

Good advice

Grab a sketchbook, or open up a new file document and treat is like a giant sketchbook page and just draw anything hat comes to you. Do studies, do random doodles from imagination, do preliminary sketches for bigger pieces.

Put on a favorite podcast or music you like and before you know it you'll be drawing for a few hours without realizing it.

Don't forget to take any necessary breaks to get up move around or stretch, if you sit on your ass for long periods at a time.
