Y-yes it is...

Where you're using hatching to show motion, some places it reads well (the hand holding the pencil) But other places it doesn't and it looks like its supposed to be shading or texture. Definitely experiment with that more (maybe not having it intersect as much? idk, best thing to do would be try a bunch of different things and see what works best)

This is very cute. It's kind of like Steven Universe style if Steven Universe didn't make me seethingly angry to look at it. Also, you are more consistent than Steven Universe.

They gave me a score sheet for each piece, so I got a 14/15 for the rotation. I most likely got rejected due to my 12/25 on this storyboard. But thanks, I do think I could correct the leg with a redlining. Must have forgot what a leg looks like from the front lol.
