For something like this, and especially for a painter like Leyendecker, I'd recommend really zooming into a part (like just the man's hand, or his cuff)

I don't think you really got anything from this study, you didn't even imitate the forms let alone the brushstrokes.

Your proportions are shit, first and foremost. Look at how big you made the top hat for instance, it's ginormous compared to the original. Doing Bargue plates will be more beneficial to you at this point than fullblown colour studies.

Yeah so those studies are pretty pointless if you just copy one picture then copy another picture and so on. How about you do a study then use the same color pallette on some OC? Like tomato girl - you could try drawing something in with the same green beige red tones. Or maybe try drawing a different gardner themed girl inspired by tomato chick while trying to emulate the style. Otherwise I'm not sure what you're learning by just copying these 1:1.
