I'm just impressed how they can practice 16hours a day. I have no motivation problems but in the first half of the day or in some days in general, the pen simply doesn't do what I want it to do and hence can only practice like 8h max.

I couldnt find the exact image by google searching, but the guy in this blog says they had a similar exam style that was in use in the Musabi School of Design in Japan.
Students had to paint a still life or a plaster cast in 3 hours.
