maybe, i guess that bump on the bottom near the knee is probably meant to be the vastus lateralis, but if we assume the knee is bent it could work as the kneecap as well (there's even a bump behind it which would become the lateralis then), and the whole thing could work as the leg being supinated without being too far off otherwise anatomically in my opinion
