Shit, I'm very tempted to say the figure drawing lecture, because it seems like a very comprehensive video on simplifying shapes of the human body. But if you can only afford one, I kinda want to say the composition lecture may be more worth the money, simply because there are a plethora of people teaching how to draw the figure already and he posts a lot of his diagrams for anatomy on his insta. I feel like not as many people demonstrate clear to understand use of good composition and cohesivenes when it comes to creating a picture that isn't just a single person. Just my two cents.
