Actually study the loomis plates and draw them don't just read through.

you literally cannot improve your drawing skills purely by reading. you can improve your eye, you can gain knowledge, and that's all good shit but you need to actually draw too

Remember that everything can be divided by 2. Divide any line into two (perspectively) and you've got a mark that marks the crotch. Eny body is just a basic shape of a torso with detachable parts on top of it. Consider everything in relation to that. It's really all about relativity. Don't judge proportions by heads because heads are detachable and can be resized to make the rest of the body 99999 heads or 1 head. You can always resize it as needed.
Do it with stick figures until you can do it with mannequins. It's all super easy.

just apply the proportions.
you don't get it? then you probably don't understand what proportions are at all.

Do lots and lots of gesture drawings. They'll look shit for a while but good proportions will become second nature if you understand them already. Just practise

Nigger just draw the human body until it gets easier what's so fucking hard about that

If you know all you need to know for certain the only thing left is to practice it. It's not gonna happen after one try
