Bridge is pretty high in terms of understanding anime, you need to know the insertions of the muscle before tackling that, and be able to feel the form.

If you just sit down with a stack of paper and the book, you can easily breeze through it.
But there's a difference in copying and studying. I recommend taking your time and just do a few pages a day to allow the information to sink in.
Some drawings are a bit hard to grasp so require a bit more attention.

Still, I really like the drawings Briggsman made for the book.

Not how it works. just copy it, no really. you guys overthink everything. Drawing is visual problem solving and muscle memory. Not a logic problem.
