Non-amateur here,
The anatomy isn't perfect but it's good enough that the viewer won't notice. What's really important is the design of the proportions. Large hips, slender fingers, that kind of thing
The rendering of the skin, the pose, the clothing, the facial expression, the background... All of it comes together in a very appealing picture

If you're too fussed over perfect anatomy and nothing else, your art will look shit
