Okay here is my own redline. Red is for how I think it should be and blue is for the proportions in the drawing.

1 is for blob. As you can see the shading here does not follow any form of drapery. It's just a blob from brushing. The volume it gives it's artificial at a cl
oser glance since it's not representatve of any form.
2- Collarbones. The biggest thing I see in this drawing is that the pose doesn't know if it either wants to be profile or 3/4. It has the chest of profile but the rest of the figure is done in as if it was 3/4. The red collarbone is my assumtion of where they should be and the blue is the one that there'd be in the drawing and where the second arm would be.

3 As you can see, the sternal line cuts in the middle of where the second arm should be.

4- As you can see this is just plain unclear. Is this the chest volume with the shirt tight on the chest or is it the drapery being pushed out and streched forward?

5- Second arm. Now, most collarbone lines go straight, The second arm should be in my opinion where the red collarbone line ends but instead does a kind of a curve. again this is a profile drawing with the chest in 3/4.

6- I didn't draw it because I already made too much of a mess, but if you look at the spine it seems like it goes forward at the hip and really does't follow the sternal line good.

Final comment. This are just my observations, but please, if you wanna correct me I'm good. But in my own opinion this kind of drawing shows how much you can get away with with a pretty anime face and hair and some nice details.

The issues with how the torso positioning is portrayed, from what i can tell, stem from the folds in the shirt clearly indicating a ribcage form that would imply the torso is at a 3/4ths view, when its actual position is represented in profile; the way the belt hangs doesn't help either.

The confusing lines that make your mind think that are the primary issue with the image from what i can tell, but that doesn't justify saying it shows how much you can get away with by a pretty face and details; any art can get away with quite a bit because when a brain processes something, it doesn't then think "wait no what's wrong with it", it just accepts the idea of what the image is conveying.
