Any good stuff on the planes and structure of the knees in various bending position and angles?

I have a hard time accurately interpreting what's going on in the ref and it often feels like a mush. The knee just doesn't look as clearcut as other body parts. At certain angles it becomes even more confusing.

George brigman has really good material. He does a good job of accurately showing the relationship. Between the femur/tibia/patella when the leg moves. It just takes memorizing all the origin and insertion points my nigga
