I just write my handle in the corner, I try to make clear and legible but small so it doesn't distract from the rest of the work. I do it mainly because I know some people who have had work reposted in the post and they nag me to do it.
Putting down like 3 urls and huge watermarks looks a little un-classy to me, but I can get why big people like Sakimi-chan who get their work reposted everywhere do it. Seems a little silly if you're a smaller artist, though.

Unironically really cute character idea; already has good ideas of facial parts (like not using ugly bulbous noses, if eyes are scaled down a bit, then its alright) as well as head size matching the rest of the body, all he needs to do is to get down basic drawing fundamentals, that's all. Give this guy "keys to drawing" or "drawing on the right side of the brain", then some basic tutorials, and I could see his OC being /co/'s best waifu of the decade.

GamerGate is a movement that originally started as a backlash towards the erosion of journalistic integrity on game news sites, particularly after the controversy involving Zoe Quinn broke out. Nowadays, I would say it's very much a representation of the anti-SJW backlash that's exploded throughout this decade, though in this case, it mostly relates to video games. I feel like the movement itself has kinda lost steam after game news sites did change their policies so they would be more transparent, but as long as SJWs continue to bitch about the gaming community, GamerGate will still be around.

The girl in the background is called "Vivian James", and she was created as a collaboration between 4chan (before it was overrun with SJWs itself) and an indie game developer organisation who accused Zoe Quinn of deliberately sabotaging their event that was supposed to encourage the assistance of game projects by women.

I just did a mild paint over but try combing some more shadow shapes and keeping these more uniformed for better narrative. Either 30% Light or 30% Dark never go 50/50 on light and dark in a whole painting, it's asking for a bad narrative.
