House style would be in the most absolute sense Loomis. Just grind Loomis with the intention of getting the exact facial proportions but use 8 heads for the bodies instead of 7. Can't remember how many they used in the house style but it's 8 or 9. It's pretty much 50s/60s illustration, these artists had classical training, I have a rerun of the original spider-man comics from when I was a kid and especially in reclining or sitting figures you can see that influence. Most action panels look goofy, these guys were not good at drawing the kind of dynamic stuff you see today.

None of this could truly male sense without knowing that there's a picture plane and that the visual rays have to converge to a single point. They've got to be able to step back and see all the pieces of the perspective setup to begin with.
