Not a course but Acland's Atlas of Human Anatomy video series can be very helpful when studying anatomy. The series goes through a full cadaver dissection demonstrating various parts of the body in space.

That link is from 2016, so while it indeed is AMB's Animation Academy, it's an older version with much fewer videos than his current academy.
