It ultimately boils down into how your brain is processing transferring a mental image to the page. You just gotta think more 3D and try to break down complex objects into simple strokes of the pen. You can do it.

Don't listen to this guy, it's the worst mistake you'll ever make. It's natural to dislike things you're bad at, especially if you're learning something for the first time as an adult. When I first started drawing I was terrible, absolutely ZERO talent at all, and I basically hated it a lot. But I wanted to get better, so I've kept at it. Now after a year of taking drawing seriously without time off, I'm still a shitty /beg/, but my improvement from where I started is undeniable, and I hate drawing less now. I see no reason to think I've hit my ceiling, and if I keep working, then I'll keep improving and I'll keep liking drawing more.
I listened to people who said "just do what you like doing" many years ago when I tried to pick up drawing for the first time, and I gave up back then. I still kick myself for that. I could be so much farther ahead if I hadn't given up.
Don't let your feelings decide what you do; you decide what you do.

Is art really that hard ?
Learn perspective, form, value and color and you're good. Just needs a year of practice.
Sketch and line art is just putting lines over the right place.
As for color just learn color theory and value and you're good.

What someone "enjoys" is very malleable though and people's preferences can change a lot throughout their lives based on their experiences. There's no reason to give special authority to the preferences you have right now.
