First time posting on this board, but I lurked a bit and you guys are creative(ofc) and seem to know "your shit".
Can somebody pls help with ideas to make my tattoo look better?
I Don t want to cover it up because is identical with my sister's tattoo, but I do want to maybe incorporate it in something or make something near it so that it looks more serious and not like the basic 14 yo tattoo(I was 14 W hen I got it, and lately i figured out I Don t really like it on its own)

You’re better off walking into a shop and asking actual tattoo artists. Be sure to research the artist and parlor, and don’t get mad if they ask you to pay for the sketch. That’s their livelihood, no one should work for free. Do your research, idiot.

Tattooist here, I would rework that shit because its choppy. Linework is a bit bad. You seem to like Pinterest tattoos so I would just do the usual rainbow watercolor splat behind it.
