Did you try to fix it? That's what sketching phase is all about especially if you're still shit at drawing.

Sketch something shitty, fix it and make it less shitty. Keep doing it and eventually you'll be able to fix that shit into something decent. Keep at it and with time you'll spend less time fixing shit and more time thinking about other aspect of drawing.
tldr: just fucking practice.
