How do these fucking asians do it. How do they just draw right on the paper without measuring or construction or all this other crap.

Because they've forsaken the fundamentals. Measure that shit with a ruler and you will see the perspective is all wrong.

Something that happens to you when you're left-handed and no one bothers to teach you how to hold a pen because of it.

Those are pretty simple poses, even if there's no fuckery involved I just see default anime grills. If you draw anime schoolgirls 24/7 you can easily do something like that.
That said there's a lot of fuckery involved in YT videos. People have reference off screen and they prepare their "improvised" drawings beforehand. There are cases where they have a drawing in blue pencil that they edit out in post so it doesn't look like they're tracing. More candidly, Jake Parker makes great complex drawings on the spot but he prepares what he does, there's a thing with a whale that looked made up but then she showed another complete illustration he used as reference. Making preparation sketches on a pose allows you to improve the pose much better, it's easy to draw a thing when you have the concept already established somewhere.
This isn't to discredit these artists, the guy in the video is obviously skilled, I'm just saying that YouTube videos where you showcase your art are, well, for show, and shouldn't you give you a directive on what method is skilled or what isn't. You can be the best artist in the world by working with an under-drawing and several preparation sketches. It's very flashy when you see an artist make a complete drawing without corrections, and you can train yourself with it, but why? Murata erases like mad, he dwells on every little line a lot and redraws everything several times. Use the method you are more comfortable with, don't chase the idea of art as performance they give you in YT videos.

We call that being left-handed.
I hold pens between the middle and 4th fingers.

They've already done it before. Eventually you'll realize there's only so many distinct ways the body can move.
The hard part is getting familiar with foreshortening of all angles. There's barely anything like that in the video. All the angles are easy. The way the appendages move is the hardest part.
Beginners are often told to avoid symbol drawing. You have a lot of wrong ideas of how things look like as a beginner and 2D symbols can't be rotated in 3D space. The thing is though that as you become consistent with your proportions you'll end up repeating a lot of work and naturally start to compress what you practiced into a 2D symbols again. Your brain will eventually be filled with heads rotated in all kinds of angles among other things and applying it is compatible with your sense of forms and space. It's like having a library of 2D images of prerendered wireframes on top of being able to superimpose rotatable 3D forms.
If you repeat doing something and it still doesn't become second nature you have an issue with consistency. It's similar to playing an instrument. You want to focus on accuracy first so the finger movements become ingrained, instead of rushing through a piece and making a habit out of mistakes.

Best post ITT

Symbols are also important, a lot of people here are scared of them but they’re absolutely great shorthand for drawing appealing forms. Symbols and boxy forms are all just tools you can use to fully realize a piece.

He's using construction in that video though, he's just doing most of it in his head. Once you've done construction long enough you just know where things go without drawing every construction line. You''ll be able to do this too one day anon.

It's not an "asian" thing, it's experience and confidence. You do anything, you can skip steps you take when you're a beginner. If you watch the old time Disney or Warner Bros. animators, or cartoonists like Schultz or the DC/Marvel guys, they're so familiar with the subject matter, they can jump in and eyeball it, because they've done it so many times. They know the proportions of the characters they're drawing like the back of their hands, so they don't need to measure or do construction.
Do you honestly think all artists do Loomis type construction and measurement every time they draw? Because they don't. They're good enough, and have enough experience they can eyeball it and get it close enough.
Put 5, 10 years into anything, and you'll be able to do the same thing. Well, not everyone, but someone with a reasonable amount of talent will. (The bell curve is real, and those on the left side...well, they'll always struggle.)
One of the common misconceptions here is that construction is the only way to construct a drawing, and that you never stop using it. It's not true. You CAN use it. It's there if you have an awkward pose to figure out, but someone with a reasonable amount of experience won't need to lean on it every time. Especially in a cartoon form like anime.
And, cartooning and art isn't about precision and exacting realism. You can choose to follow that kind of thing in your own work, but most artists allow for and are fine with artistic license, and if something is slightly off, but it works - no problem.
