If this is yours, it already looks appealing. Just clean up your lines and see where you can go from there.

Pixiv tutorials are the loomis of lolis, although they're usually in Japanese

The /loli/ board has some decent loli tutorials. Pixiv and exhentai also has a lot of good loli material.

not offense but these are absolutely bad for understanding how to draw lolis the major problem is that it doesn't teach anything outside of that pic in particular, if i want to try a different pose i need to know how does it work, it will be easy just using basic shit like loomis but those are all grown bodies and lolis have different bodies or fundies? like smaller feets/hands, not much definition in the abdomen and the lower back but i can't find that kind of info out there as easily like loomis and just looking at different artist is not good since they have different types of stylization

there's a loli board?

I assume these types of tutorials for more for intermediate / advanced artists who already have a decent understanding of figure drawing, form, anatomy etc. They're more like small tips, rather than tutorials. You're probably not going to find many (good) tutorials on how to draw lolis specificially because that's just an extension of learning to draw different body types and proportions. Your best bet would be to study the works of great lolita artists to get a better idea of how they draw lolis.

Don't stress over exact tutorials. Art is all about finding your own path and using your critical thinking to get a feel for forms and utilize construction techniques to put your own image on a canvas.
It is called the spark. You will feel it, once you find yourself.
