I'm making a small pixel RPG, wondering if it was any good, I've made more maps and stuff if you wanted to see more.

Squint your eyes, your values are super flat, it looks kinda generic and lame because you only have two values.

Your lighter values are too close to black to learly distinguish them and removes a lot of the depth from the image that it desperately needs on things like the nose to indicate form.

Is only very slightly better because it helps pop the highlight on the brow ridge a little more, it otherwise is a downgrade because the color is oversaturated and cloying.

Focus on fixing the values and making the image read clearly and the colors will by-and-large work themselves out.

To put my money where my mouth is that I think it'd help, I did a mediocre paintover of what I mean (The laziness is a lot of the pixel level detailing I like is removed or painted over, which you should definitely keep because it's pretty dope, focus mostly on the values you can see when squinting.)

To combat some of the flatness, I tried to add two additional values:
>a bright highlight to pop some areas that should catch some strong additional light, and
>a dark occlusion shadow where light is almost totally blocked.

This was done with the goal of better recessing the head into the background so it looks like it's more carved into the mountainside, rather than at the same front level of the walls as everything else.

It's not perfect, but I think an additional shadow and highlight for most of your colors, used more aggressively, would go a long way to add some depth, especially in areas where it's definitely lacking, like the mouth and around the top rim.
