You should be spending more time figure drawing and less time turd polishing, look up Vilpuu's video on quick sketch drawing and go here https://www.quickposes.com/en/gestures/random to start studying figures and learn about how to place one in perspective.

If you need help with perspective look up perspective made easy by ernest norling and then Successful Drawing by Loomis. Start placing figures in their basic forms in perspective. Once you understand how to simplify a figure learn how to convey its gesture through the mechanics you see in life such as the pinch and the pull in a figure as well as a sequence of patterns through S curves within the figure that help suggest movement.
