i don't think you can really equate IIya's work to op's pic. it looks more butchered, like it was Frankensteined together from what i can tell. Look at the eyes and notice how it seems to be copy and pasted on both sides, the orange glint in the eyes makes it very telling. why is the shadow on the tongue jagged if she has squarish front teeth? There's a bunch of inconsistencies where i think they took parts of the image and altered it rather than use it as a heavy reference.

It’s pretty common for beg artist to just copy and paste the eye because they are too lazy to redraw it. Not to mention the rendering styles are just completely different. I mean just looking at both mouths it’s very easy to tell it’s not “frankensteined” and he just reffed super hard. The tongue is a literal circle for crying out loud. I mean if he was painting over loosely he would of at least attempted to render in the bottom row of teeth. If you have to skew or warp the image to prove their tracing they are probably not tracing. I don't think he was trying to fool anyone there into believing Phoenix Wright or Shiki or Hermione were his original characters. Now, a good bad example would be copying them like that and then changing colors or theme to pass it off as an OC.
Though some of this are so similar to the original they're not even fanart, they're just studies so I don't know why did he bother doing and posting them, at his level he didn't need to study anime screenshots to improve and I doubt it's much fun replicating it. I remember a time nudity period was meant to be some sacred thing, honored as some "no mere mortal must see" kind of deal, not because it was bad, but because it was like a value only the righteous mind should endue.

In other words, nudity /= sexualization, but it was never not meant for arousal. There's a big reason we biologically want to strip naked when we wanna fuck raw, and since the only thing that matters in sex from a reproduction standpoint is the pussy and penis, seeing tittles is not needed for sex, just to make it sexier.
