Calarts, Dumblur and PC police running compainies have cracked down on people doing actual art that people like in exchange for shit like this, sad really, most of the people that still like art with attractive people and good backrounds are in asian and slavic contries free of mass npc infulinces.

Sad people wanting art to suffer because they are suffering themselves and want to make everyone else as misrible as they are. Only way to stop such is become self published and gain traction via online places like 4chan, pixiv, and anti npc reddits since deviantart is going downhill.

God WOTC art is so bad now, I remember in MTG that Battlebond set came out and it was all Tumblr shit, I sold off all of my collection execpt for a few old omes that had god level art from Rebbeca Guay and Theresa Neilson after seeing that. D&D stuff was really good in the 90's too.
