If it's some sort of tutorial literally ask them to record them drawing any regular piece. People always leave shit out of a tutorial and you can reverse engineer whatever they are doing from heir process. If they already have videos of them doing a good piece then you shoul not have asked for it.

Could be, inking takes a long ass time but everyone has their own pace. The last part though is exactly on the money. If you want to pay an artist to do something for you you need to expect to pay like an employer. If you just want something small from an artist it's best to just get a print.
