Is there an iPhone (or pixelmator) filter that can fix uneven lighting and perspective when a phone is used as a scanner? For example, it this image there is a shadow in the lower right hand corner.

Such a filter would assume that the paper should be an even white and adjust the brightness locally accordingly. Fixing perspective issues such as paper curved near the spine would be nice too.

There is, but you have to fax your image to Osaka and wait 4-6 weeks for delivery by mail.

I had an old camera that could do this. But then you had to move eject the memory card to get it into the computer.
