Honestly, at the first 20 minutes my drawings look as if I draw with my foot too. Then I redraw them almost pixel by pixel with "Line" / "Curved Line" / "Polygonal Line" instruments.
For better control I slow down the speed of the mouse.

Op I've told you before your colours are too harsh. Also the new textures don't look aesthetically pleasing to me really. I'd look at Akira Toriyama's works, they have saturated colours but feel more harmonical than your choices.
